1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 5–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. Halloween is our busiest season, so we recommend ordering early.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

5. ORDER TRACKING
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once the order has shipped.

7. PACKAGING
Our Crawling Zombie is carefully packed in its original box to protect it during transit. [Batteries are / are not included. Add if relevant.]

8. DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or has not arrived 8 business days after the shipping date, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
